Who pays the bill ?

As is the case with other estate agents, most of our income comes from commissions paid by real estate owners. Our attention and efforts, however, are focused on potential tenants/owners, because we are convinced that we improve our appeal with owners by ensuring that tenants/buyers prefer to work with us. Of course, nobody likes paying too much and nobody likes collecting too little, but let's be fair, in a market as open as this one, lucky shots just don't exist. That's why we continue to strive for win-win situations as best we can.
