Concorde Office welcomes first tenant

08 December 2016

Knight Frank is pleased to announce that ERT (European Round Table of Industrialists) will move its offices to the building Concorde Office, Bld. Brand Whitlock 163-167, located in the immediate vicinity of Montgomery in Brussels. ERT will occupy the ground floor and 1st floor.

This building enjoys a beautifully restored neo-classical facade from 1906 with modern techniques such as air-conditioning, elevators, raised floors and suspended ceilings. This is excellent news for the building which was empty since the departure of the tenant Jones Day in 2014.

ERT is a lobbying organization consisting of fifty CEOs of the most powerful European (multinational) industrial groups. ERT aims to influence European policies at all levels for the benefit of increased industrial competitiveness.

Knight Frank acted in this transaction on behalf of the owner, Cobelfret.
