_Blue Colibri acquires an office business park in the Airport district

Blue Colibri has purchased the 4 offices blocks known as Green Square and located in Diegem – Lambroekstraat 5.

The vendor is Baloise represented by Harvest Management.

The site of 2,5 ha comprises 19,936 sq.m of offices and 402 parking spaces. The property is partly let to several tenants including Boston Scientific, Lenovo Belgium, SQLI Belgium, etc.
