A Major Milestone for the KF Valuation Team

Celebrating Our Newest RICS Accredited Valuers

We are pleased to announce that our colleagues Edouard de Callataÿ and Michel de Meester have successfully completed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). They are now recognised as Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuers.

Achieving MRICS status reflects a high level of professional competence, technical expertise and adherence to international ethical and valuation standards. It requires extensive practical experience, rigorous assessment and a strong understanding of real estate markets and valuation practice.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a globally recognised professional body that sets and enforces standards across valuation, real estate and the built environment. RICS accreditation provides assurance that valuation services are delivered in line with internationally recognised frameworks, including the RICS Red Book and International Valuation Standards.
