Project management 

We coordinate every moving part, including design development, planning submissions, and procurement and contract negotiation. We then oversee day-to-day site activity to keep programme, quality, and health and safety targets on track. 

Cost optimisation and quantity surveying  

  • Our cost control process includes robust benchmarking, value-engineering workshops, tender reviews, and variation management.
