Knight Frank has successfully advised Provan, part of the Kingspan Group and a long‑established manufacturing specialist in Genk, in securing a new industrial facility at Oosterring 12 (Macbeth – Genk 2). The site totals 11,144 sq m and is now fully let, marking an important milestone for the landlord Whitewood Logistics and their partner Tristan Capital Partners.
The leased accommodation comprises 10,854 sq m of production and storage space and 290 sq m of offices, providing Provan with the scale and technical capability required to support its forthcoming production program while remaining close to its existing operations.
