Deal Overview
Knight Frank Belgium has advised Whitewood Logistics on the successful letting of one of two units in The Bridge Logistics, Willebroek.
The transaction comprises 16,264 sq m of warehouse space and 490 sq m of offices and sees Cargo Secure, a fast-growing logistics operator, further strengthen its presence in Belgium.
Located on Belgium's prime Brussels-Antwerp axis, The Bridge Logistics benefits from one of the country's most sought-after logistics locations. The letting ranks among the largest logistics transactions completed in Belgium so far this year, highlighting the enduring appeal of prime assets in strategic distribution hubs.

Scale and location continue to matter
While occupiers today have slightly more options than they did a few years ago, demand remains strongest for assets that combine scale, quality and strategic positioning.
Willebroek continues to be in high demand to its central location within Belgium's logistics network, providing efficient access to the country's largest consumer markets, major ports and key transport infrastructure.
The size of The Bridge, combined with its hotspot location, made it a rare opportunity capable of attracting significant occupier interest.
Delivering the right outcome for ownership
Acting on behalf of Whitewood Logistics, Knight Frank Belgium advised throughout the leasing process, providing market intelligence, commercial guidance and negotiation support.
Knight Frank’s Maurits Decap identified Cargo Secure as an excellent fit for the asset. His ability to connect a growing occupier with a large-scale logistics facility in a prime location helped secure one of the market's most significant transactions of the year.
Supporting growth and long-term value
For Cargo Secure, the transaction secures a strategically located distribution facility capable of supporting future growth and operational efficiency.
For Whitewood Logistics, the letting brings a strong occupier into a significant logistics asset, reinforcing the property's long-term position within one of Belgium's most established logistics markets.
Maurits' Perspective
"Willebroek remains one of the most important logistics locations in Belgium. Its position between Antwerp, Brussels and Ghent gives occupiers access to the country's largest concentration of consumers, businesses and transport infrastructure.
What makes this transaction noteworthy is that it ranks among Belgium's largest logistics lettings this year. It shows that well-located, high-quality logistics assets continue to attract strong occupier demand.
For me, this deal is a good example of how the fundamentals still matter. When you combine a prime location, a quality asset and the right occupier, there is strong demand and the conditions are in place for long-term value creation."
