Harold Cardon – Valuation & Advisory

Harold strengthens our valuation practice with a background in finance, consulting, and property development. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from KU Leuven and is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Real Estate at EMI Saint Louis.

Before specialising in property, Harold spent more than three years in consulting at Deloitte, focusing on business analytics and development. More recently, he worked directly in residential development, advising clients and managing the commercialisation of new projects.

At Knight Frank, Harold channels his interest in how value is created across asset classes, combining thorough financial analysis with real-time market insight to help clients make informed decisions.

Grégoire de Hennin – Capital Markets

Grégoire joins the Capital Markets team to support transaction underwriting, market analysis, and deal execution. He completed a trilingual Master’s in Business Administration through the joint UCLouvain, ULB, and ICHEC programme.

Prior to Knight Frank, Grégoire gained experience in asset management at D’Ieteren Immo. Drawn to the tangible nature of real estate and the dynamics of deal-making, he enjoys seeing transactions through from early underwriting to final closing while building lasting relationships with investors.
